you have sourced product
The design team has specified product. Let’s move into proposing the item. EBD can double check the pricing and send the proposal to the client after it is approved by the designer.
Payment Received
The client has paid for the product, great! EBD will place the order after creating POs and ensuring accuracy. EBD will make the payment or work with your bookkeeper to make payment and record/document the order.
order tracking and logistics
Once orders are placed, EBD will keep track of all orders and record updates. This includes tracking of product like CFAs. If items arrive damaged - EBD will help remedy issues and schedule vendors for repairs.
installation
EBD will schedule painters, wallpaper installers and other labor to complete installations at the project. Furniture installations can also be scheduled by EBD.
